Contempt of court

sirs
departmental charges have been framed against an employee who is junior assistant in a.p.govt.and hence promotion to the post of senior assistant is not given. the employee approached the hon'ble court. the court passed interim orders as consider the case. the employer is preparing for appeal. in the meanwhile the employee approached the court for contempt and also filed caviate in high court.
can employee get the promotion?

no . court only pased order directing AP govt to coniserthe case . if the govt after consideration finds you are not fit to be promoted you wont get a promotion .
