Different name for same person

Sir,

I have mentioned different names in different documents. My school and degree name are not suffixed by my surname whereas in my office documents, PAN Card, Bank A/C.s have my name suffixed with my surname.

Whether this can create any problem for me?

Kindly suggest at the earliest.

Execute Affidavit and publish in Govt Gazette that two names are of one and the same person.
& NOW ONWARDS YOU SHALL USE ONLY ONE NAME OUT OF IT.

THIS WILL HELP U IN FUTURE.
