Sir,

Many thanks for your prompt reply, Iam very much impresed.
Ref to my earlier mail, Further I would like to clarify that this property is ascestorial property on the name of my elder grand father.
Sir, I have heard that Property cases takes years to resolve, is it true?
Can we consider such case as social right to women and can move to fast track courts??

A party cannot as a matter of right bring a particular matter to fast track court. Property matters do take many years to decide. Every case is otherwise a social matter.
