Gift and release deed

sir,

i have to register one gift deed and one release deed in Bangalore , how much stamp duty i have to pay to government and other expenses ,, i am a donor my daughter is a donee along with the gift deed should i give affidavit or family tree ,

can i register different jurisdictional property in one sub registrar office a Bangalore

You shall have to obtain the information of the stamp duty from the local office of the registrar as you have even not disclosed the value of the property to be gifted.

You can release the property before the relevant registrar of the area, however, can register gift deed as the place of your choice.
