Hi Expert's,

We are purchasing Paddy from unregistered dealer in haryana. Will purchase tax levy on this entry.

Purchase tax is leviable in the case of export out of state the purchased paddy/stock transfer the rice/bran/husk on manufacturing the paddy. Otherwise the tax will be payable on the sale not on the purchase in the case of purchase of paddy from unregistered dealer.
