whether archeological survey can became the owner of any private area only by declaration of area as protected under subsection 3 of section 4 of AM and ASR act 1958 ? whether they does not need to follow section 5 and section 6 of the act for ownership of area ?

The compliance of section 5 & 6 of Act is mandatory otherwise such property cannot be declared as a Protected under the Act.
