Lagalizing stretch of government gomal land

Dear Experts,

My father purchased stretch of land(actually Govt gomal land) at 1980-1981 from a person to whom this land was granted from Govt. We are cultivating in this land from past 30 years and paying corp taxes regularly. We have RTC, purchase copy but sketch copy.I would like to legalize this land as per govt rules. what law says for it to legalize?

You have to see the allotment letter of your seller issues by govt. which definitely contains the terms under which the allottee shall be entitled to dispose off that land. Your answer is there.

Without gone through the allotment letter, we can not answer the matter.
