Hi,
I need a justice for below query.
Steps:
1.Suppose one land(3 acres) belongs 3 people (X,Y and Z)as per the RSR and ROR.
2.Three people got this property from their forefathers and 3 people are using this land from so many years.
3.But recently(6 months back only) person X PASSBOOK has the whole 3 acres land in his passbook .but Y and Z doesn't have these land in their passbook..
Could you please let me know justice on this..whether justice will be the land should share to all 3 people equally or the land belong X only..

as per given particulars your property is undivided property..
right?
while being so there will be one passbook [patta] only.. nothing new..
if all of you need your portion specifically men you have to go for partition..
