I think the relevant section is 340 not 430 to which you are referring. so far its application is concerned, the facts of the case are to be seen. Nothing firm comment can be made without going through facts.

Right u/s 340 crpc wife Concealed of fact last resided at himachal wife filed 125 crpc and 498a in 2006
fir not written by police due marriage was seven yr old (marriage yr 1996)
she had shown the matter of marriage was done in U.P husband is residing at Himachal. at the time occrance father of husband was doing govt jab at himachal
also her name was deducted from ration card
in 2003 we have this proof also my differences in both complaints 498ai.e husband ,mother and father was giong to burn me with cirocine oil this matter was concealed in 125 crpc
