Practice in court

hi friends
i have certificate of practice.
i register in Bar Council of Delhi in 2012.
I want to know that can i practice in any part of the country including High Courts of all states. somebody tell me that to practice in supreme court you have to get register in advocate on record.please tell me that can in pratice in supreme court without being enroll as advocate on record.

For advocate on record you have to be 4 year standing at any bat and 1 year under AOR then you have to pass the exam then after successful you can become AOR
In Supreme Court Only AOR/SENIOR ADVOCATE Are only allowed to practice.As an advocate you have to be affirmed by AOR for Filing, appearnce etc

yes, u can practice in SC even if u r not

AOR but cannot do filing work.

Yes, u can practice SC after compliance, u hv to wait for 5 yrs.

Other courts, yes, you can practice, except few Courts, whose Bar Council, Association restrict to practice only with jt VP of their Local Adv. eg. Gurgaon, Punjab & haryana, Hyderabad, AP.
