Payment of court fees for partition of house properties

I a drafting a suit for partition. There are in all four house properties. Question before me is whether court fee is tobe paid on valuation of individual house or it is tobe paid on the total valuation of all the four houeses. The Bomaby Court fee act is applicable to me. If paid on the basis of individual valuation then I will be required to pay almost 3000/- rupeees extra court fee and if I pay it on agreegate of all the four houses, I can save Rs. 3000/-.

Pl help. tell me SC or BOMBAY high court ruling on the point.

as ur filing a single suit for partition for

all the 4 houses then u will have to pay

court fee on the total value of 4 houses.
