Dear Sir,

Can we make a rental agreement in original for both parties. Is the both agreements are having equal power? or not.

Any agreement can be executed in duplicate.

Dear Murugesh,

Only one document considered as original and you can also have duplicate copy of the same and it should be stamped under the provisions of the stamp act of your state.

Mr. Desai is correct.

u r bound to get the tenancy registered if the period is beyong 11 months....Registration will automatically provide u a valid duplicate as well.
