i am in vested some amount in a public issue paid Rs.5 on Rs.10 share. after allotment i sent a DD for balance amount of Rs.5. the same returned with out any reason.many a letter no response from the company.not listing any where now .what to do.

it seems you have invested in a company which has disappeared . it must be only of the fly by night operators . may time companies come out with public issues raise money from public then disappear .

you have saved at elast 50%of your money from going down the drain .

you can lodge written complaint with SEBI
