Stamp paper doc lost

dear sir

one of mine friends lost Rs. 50 Stamp paper duly black but x cross and signed with himself and mine purchase in the year 2004 purchase from UP .

what should i need to do.
what is the misuse.
how can this paper is null and void in any way.

please suggest.

stamp paper has validity of only 6 months in mahrashtra . cannot be used now

Publish a declaration in news paper, that it has been lost, any matter written in this stamp paper should be deemed null void and fake.

You may also register GUMSUDAGI Report in police station.
