Dear Experts,i am looking for memorandum -objects of company which is in business of physical commodity trading. Commodity broking / trading / hedging / financing /processing / financial services should be one of the objects of the company Can some one please provide the Memorandum of objects for the nature of company as specified above.

Dear Shri Sethi,
When it is quite easy and comfortable for her to enhance her eaning capability and capacity, why she should not take advantage of this free help site to enhance her business?
Probably, you could have noticed, besides her posting of academic queries very frequently, she won't come forward with her real intro or the need for help in her own personal problems. While her profile introduces her as a proprietor (may be of some firm), but, sometimes her academic questions represent as if she belongs to some private company, sometimes as if she serves in some limited company/ corporate house, sometimes as if a company secretary, sometimes as if an accountant/CA, sometimes as if a consultant, sometimes as if a lawyer, etc.

decision was taken by experts that we should not reply to academic queries .
i have observed that asha posts daily queries o various issues in company law . i have advised her in past on the basis that she may be a litigant in need of advise . but when the queries are raised daily on acadmic issues one has to refuse to answer the same .

Academic Queries be discourages.
Only needy Persons who have no Advocate , and need help for their Personal Legal Problem be replied.
Those who can afford Lawyers, or corporate & business Querist may not be replied.
We are not here to enhance her earning capability and capacity.
we are here to help meritorious needy person, to solve their personal legal problem .
