Q)my father gets house through mutual settlement done by my grandmother bcos my grandfather died witout making any will. house was self acquired of my grandfather.after that my father makes will in which i voluntarily disown myself from that house. i want to know two things does that house is ancestral to my father? secondly can my son claim on that house?

no grand son cannot lay claim on self acquired property of grandfather which he has bequeathed to his son .
