Second contempt petition

Dear Experts,

I had filed a contempt petition against DDA with a prayer to issue contempt against DDA for not complying the order by which DDA were directed to executed the lease deed within 3 month.

That contempt petition was disposed by HC as petitioner was ready to early disposal of matter and agreed that will raise his grivenace latter. for a clear order please take a look of Copy of the order which is annexed.

Now DDA till today is not executing the lease deed.

Please guide me that what is right option.

I have to file a second contempt petition or go for Misc Application for reviving the earlier contempt petition.

or what remedies is available.
