Terms of sale deed.

I have exchanged a piece of land thru Registered Exchange Deed. As per one of the terms of the deed I will use this land for road/ as road to go to my own land behind this land and the other party can also use this road. Now I do not want to use this land for road. I can do it or not .. ??

Ans: without the consent of other party, you can not do it.

For that You shall need a fresh registered deed of consent of the other party to avoid disputes in future.
