Dear Sir
We are having a Hotel Business in Partnership, I and my brother are in service outside. Recently My father expired , My uncle & his son have captured our share in the Hotel and are not giving us any income nor allowing us to sit. Can we get the hotel sealed under 145-46. Please advise.
