I want to know wheather regisered partnership firm can file civil suit through authorised pperson

Yes it can, but who is the authorised person, is he a partner of the firm or POA is executed to file suit on behalf of the firm to the authorized person.

yes a registered partnership firm is entitled to file a civil suit, it can authorise any other person to file a suit in its behalf
