After going through various cases, I am Sorry to say/feel that I don't think I will ever get justice through our laws which are the weakest for bad people and cruel for common people. Jobs are given on caste basis, justice on money power (for hiring advocates/getting bail etc) and in family disputes on gender basis. Where should the common MAN go?

My in-laws especially my wife and his father have took my two young children aged 2-1/2 year old girl and 1-1/2 month old boy. This happened for the second time in less than 2 years. First time they did like that after our girl child was born (my wife left with her father after he quarreled with me on a petty issue, which seems was preplanned) left me and again after learning that I will not giveup, they tried for a compromise and listened to my terms and she came back to me. I started a new life with her by trusting her. I can't believe they never liked me but still stretched my married life till now (4 years) and after the delivery of our boy (our second child) she they the same... My wife's father is very very rowdy and uses foul/bad language, which we can't handle since we come from a respectable family and dont want to reply in the same manner. He had in both the quarrels tried to physically assault me and both times people around me stopped him from doing so. Just because there are unfortunate laws, which blindly favors the women post-marriage I am just left helpless, if I try to take justice through court, I may end up in the biggest mess of my life, even I can't try to take the custody of my children for the same reason. One can imagine through what kind misery a father can go through in such times who is a victim plus have to live in constant fear of false cases, which can be used against me/family.... I never knew that even an innocent human can be harassed 'legally'. Why is there no law which can give equal right to men on their children... why only give visiting rights? Why should they wait for years for the children to grow up and the courts to decide with whom the child/children live? On the other hand, if I had done the same thing then? i.e., if I had left my wife and took away both the children then in such a case I would have been in jail within 2 days... right?

Is there any law under Muslim Personal Law, which can be a ray of hope for me?
I am going through bad times, but still appreciate your concern in my query. Thank you Sir for the same.
