Right of residence

Dear Experts,
With respect to right of residence for a female spouse under PWDVAct,2005.....if a bedroom,store,common kitchen and separate washroom is provided to her, how should one point out her abuse if she wants other rooms directly and indirectly .She places all sorts of trunks and her household goods/furniture in other rooms as well and demands full occupancy/rights of/on other rooms as well.

who si the owner of said premises ? she only has right to stay in matrimonal home . she is not the owner of said premsies and hence cannot lay claim on entire house .
