my family wants to sale our grandfather's land in nagpur,the grandfather didn't made any will,including my father there are total 10 family members(6-uncles+4aunties)are going to distribute money,i want to know if I and my 5 brothers can claim those money?and if yes how many %

i presume it is your grand father self acquired property . on his death his children are legal heirs not his grand children
