sir,in 138 ni act the party was not receiving the court notice,after all on 27 aug his advocate appeared u/s 205.he is financially very strong and having political support.in such troubling situation can i get the justice.

You have right to oppose 205, if you feel, he is avoiding court Appearances.

It will not affect the Merit of case or Justice.
