How long a Non judicial stamp paper is valid since purcharge?

yes sir unused Non-judical stamp. Both in case of purchase by the Advocate name or the party's name.

IN BOTH CASES PARTHA!

The time bar is about encashment by refund from treasury and not for use.

Yes sir,
that means a Non-judicial paper is always valid even it is 10 years old. Only encashment have time bar.

rightly you have understood.

but in disputed cases,more particularly when execution is denied, party claiming the execution would be bound to forward explanations for such kinds of delay in use.
