Payment of maintenance

Its a distance of 600 km and I not attending court every dates under DV Act.My lawyer handles case in my absent. Now Court ordered interim maintenance. Can I pay interim maintenance for two or three months jointly because I am not attending court every months.Can I send maintenance by Bank DD or Money Order. What is the right procedure to pay maintenance with valid proof.

yes you can give maintenance as cheque or DD with register post to your wife every month.

send your wife maintenance by demand draft . send copy of demand draft to your lawyer so that he can inform court that payments have been made on time .
