Complaint case

(Querist) 11 August 2012 This query is : Resolved 
my friend is got trapped in false case under 156(3).there is no fir against him yet. but what should he do to get out of it. complaiant 's person is died due to heart attack. kindly guide what shuould he do to prove his innocence.

Apply to fast tack the case as after the death of the de facto complainant the case is likely to die soon.
