Whether fresh ab/regular bail needs to be filed?

(Querist) 10 August 2012 This query is : Resolved 
Sir, If in case FIR for non bailable offence is transferred from one state to another state(where cause of action had arisen),and accused petitioner are already on AB/ Regular bail In such cases whether accused have to file fresh Bail application before the court where the FIR is being transferred to PS having jurisdiction

There would be no requirement for applying for bail afresh.
