To sell one part of land when deed in bank.

Dear sir,
I purchased a land through bank, now i want to sell one part from it, how do i do that, can i clear 50% of the total outstanding and get it cleared for selling one part ???
i need a solution..

It is a mortgaged property so you should get permission from the bank before part sale.
