if A has sold AGRICULTURAL land of B illegally can B CLAIM FOR agricultural produce of that agricultural land since the time land was sold compounded annually?will court order in favour of it?will B get market price of sold land now at present rate.? how present rate of land can be determined? how court determines market price of land which has been sold? can b claim fine for illegally selling land from a?what shall be that amount

Is B deprived of possession?
If A sold it illegally B's property how Buyer
got possession which was with B.
In all illegal sales the owner asserts that he is in possession .
Relief in such suits are for cancellation of the sale deed and not of possession or damages.

Then B need to file a suit of cancellation of sale deed made in unauthorized way by A and for possession as well as for damages.Damages can be claimed on the basis of crop producing strength of the land in question.
