Dear Sir
I am presently working in the organisation run uner the aegis of Mininstry of Defence, Govt of India in the grade pay 4600. i had applied in another govt organisation of grade pay 4800 without proper channel and hiden my current organisation during interview. Now i got seleted in that organisation. I wish to clarify some doubts.
1. Can i get pay protection in my new organisatin, if i produce NOC of my current employer.
2. can any problem occurs in future, if it is disclosed to new empoyer that i was worked in a govt organisation at that time and hiden it intensionly.

There is chance of disciplinary action against suppression of material information at the time of applying the job.
Take into confidence with the officer of the new organisation before making decision official.

An employee working in one Govt./semi-Govt.organisation/P.S.U cannot apply in another Govt. organisation/semi- Govt organisation/P.S.U, for a job except through proper channel. It was a serious lapse on the part of your selection committee also.Normally, it is verified before the interview begins.
Your interview and subsequent selection may be treated invalid, if it is challenged by anybody before court. Moreover, you may face disciplinary action also.
However,if before joining your old Dept. agrees to issue NOC for joing the new Dept.,then there is no problem.
Further, if you applied through proper channel, your continuity in service would have remained.
Please take apprpriate action in the matter
in consultation with your existing Dept.

At the time of applying of job i was in probation and my employer verbally denied to forward my application through proper channel. so i applied to new organization without giving the details about current employer. But now my organisation in ready to issue NOC. Can my salary be protected in new organisation.

if your employer has agreed to give u noc then there is no problem as far as the disciplinary action is concerned. however with regard to the pay protection, you have to negotiate with the new employer
