File case against maharashtra co-operative housing society.

i was the previous owner of the flat and mean while i and other 4/member filled case in the co-operative society court that society win election with cheating, but now i have sell my flat to some one but Society is not ready to transfer his name in the society and say that give your consent in writing to the co-operative court that you want to come out from the case., so please, give me applicable proforma letter for this case.

you have to make application in court that you want to withdraw the case . since you have engaged a lawyer he will do the same .
