Execution of ejectment orders

(Querist) 19 July 2012 This query is : Resolved 
decree passed against tenant and 2 subtenant to vacte. sub tenant vacated but tenant refused.THEREFORE E/P IS TO BE FILED.MY ADVOCATE SAYS SINCE DECREE IS PASSED AGAINST ALL3 E/PIS TO BE FILED ALL THE THREE WHEREAS I FEEL IT ILLOGICAL AS THE SUMMONS WOULD BE SERVED ON ALL AND 2 WHO WERE SUBLETTES WILL NOTACCEPT SUMMONS AS THEY HAVE ALREDY VACATED.KINDLY ADVISE THE CORRECT POSITION WHAT TO DO
