My lawyer is prpearing a divorce application for me. I want to include details like how i am much i am suffering because of ny wifes torture. She made complaint in the police station . Becaue of police , i suffered mentally a lot. I also suffered insomina,stress, depression etc. I also underwent auervedic treatment.
I was recently diagonized that one of volve in my heart is getting infected. I am undegoing treatment. I am struggling a lot without proper help.
I want to include these details in my divorce application. But my lawyer is saying these informations are not required.
Please advice me on this matter.

what grounds have you filed for divorce? is it mental cruelty ?
you can state these facts if you so desire . you cn amention the false and bogus complaint lodged by wife has caused lot of strss and as a result you are suffering from insomonia and also depression .
