Dear sir,
Would it be advisable to purchse a property which has been referred to DRT.
The owner of the property had taken a loan fro ICICI, which he has not been able to payback. The property was thus referred to DRT. Now i plan to purchase the property and i have been asked to pay back the entire loan through a cheque directly in favour of ICICI and get the property papers from ICICI which will be later registered in my name.
would it be advisable to go ahead with this preposition.
