dear sir,
i have filled the case under drc act section 14 (1)(e)for the eviction of tenant from commercial shop on the ground floor.i have the possession of the first and second floor of the same property which are lying vacant.but they are residential in nature ,will it have any affect on the case.

On what count are you paying the property tax for the 1st and 2nd floors.Is it residential or commercial format.Then we can come to a conclusion.There are various reasons to get the tenant evicted.What are the reasons you have cited in the petition for eviction.
