Partition of shop in registered society.

my friend uncle have one shop in registered society in thane of 110 sq.ft with two shutter but now he want to sell his one half property to his son then which type of document may be created and whether maintenance and share of society is also divided with this partition.

please help

if he wants to sell his 50%share then he has to execute deed of sale for 50%share .

society will continue to raise one common bill in name of both the owners . only in share certificate will the name of 2 co owners be reflected .

by way of sale deed only , make half in mentiioned the sales deed and sell .
