Mr.XX has his original DOB 12.12.1955 in class IX . He has given TC of class VIII at the time of admission. Later he manipulated his DOB in Family register records and passed X (High School) with DOB 12.07.1962. On basis of this he got an employment.On complaint the case was investigated.Previously a case under Sec.420 is in Spl.Chief Judicial Magistrate
court.This is in very early stage and Mr.XX
is keen to complete his tenure with 1962 DOB. The Internal inquiry can decide his fate on forged DOB,while criminal case is under progress.Will he get any protection from court?

Mr. Dubey,
He deserve punishment and not a protection. Even our Military General VK Singh had surfaced with his DOB issue.
