Consent letter to mhada for redevelopment

sir kindly let me know the validity period of the consent letter given to MHADAS from date of signing if the developer has not got noc form Mhada For over 12 monts of signing it.

letter must be mentioning validity period . if no period is mentioned give 3 months notice to developer to obatin NOC from MHADA . if no consent is obtained within said period do mention that consent would be revoked
