Agreement of sale

I have purchased a flat in Ahmedabad. and I have paid the total initial amount asked by the builder as per the verbal talk. Now it is time for Agreement of Sale, as it is required for the Bank Loan procedure.

Now only the agreement of Sale is pending which has to be submitted in the Bank for the Loan disbursement.

When the Agreement of sale has to signed. at the time of booking of the flat or after the full payment (excluding the loan amount).
please advise

advisable to sign agreement for sale when you pay booking amount .

bank wont disburse funds unless agreement is duly signed and registered

yes without sign the agreement no bank entertain to disburse the payment
