Flats in sra projects

My one of the friend has brought flat in SRA project in Mumbai in the year 2003, now he came to know that the flat he purchased was allotted to MHADA as PAP flat.

now he wants to know that whether MHADA CAN TAKE OVER the property or he is the legal owner of the flat ?

Dear Santosh
you can file an RTI application before the Authorities, they are bound to give you the answer of your query. It's depend on the agreement and contract between you and SRA
