About to sell the plot

sir, my uncle purchased a plot on the name of her daughter who was minor and she is still 15 years old, Now my uncle has left the world so if we sell that plot so what should we do bcs his daughter is still minor, Help me out.

get court order, as minor's property cannot be sold by guardian too. you have to get guardianship & get court order to allow u to sell the property.

yes!Sir SHROFF is right.
You need to move an application for appointment of guardian as well as for permission to sale before the District Judge.
