Llb course

Respected Experts,

I am complete my Graduation in 2012 from KKHSOU (Distance Education Course) and my date of Birth is 30.09.1981 as per my School records and my actual Date of Birth is 30.09.1983 as per Local Municipal Board Certificate now my query is that can i join LLB Course for Practice Taxation as ITP

Please also tell me detailed procedure of becoming LLB.

make application in your local college . if you satisfy criteria of marks they may give you admission .

There is no age bar as of now in 3 year LLB course.

But Sir, I have heard from some one that The Bar Council of India has binding such age for LLB 3 year Courses and i have also seen in the website of Guwahati Law University the link is http://www.gauhati.ac.in/home/university_law_college/pdf_files/ULC-GU_prospectus_2011-12.pdf

so plz suggest me what i have do do to take admission
