Dear Experts,
Our Society called for an election for MC, but recd only one name for post of secretary. in meeting, secretary was elected as his name came forward for & rest two names were selected by present members in meeting. Is it ok? secondly, we signed the M20 form within 45 days time but have not informed same to Registrar. now what to do? shall we inform now? M20 forms are ready with society in their records.

submit it to registrar now . you ought to ahve submitted same to regsitrar when bond was executed .

u SUBMIT M20 NOW.
I HAVE MY DOUBTS, ELECTION PROCEDURE IS NOT FOILLOWED IN YOUR CASE.
AGM / Society meeting cal;led for Election of MC members. , It is never called for selecting Secretary.
MC will , amongs themselves select Sec, Ch, Tr etc.
So it is unclear.

Mr. Shroff,
No bonafide members are not ready to take the post. if things will remain same then society will start facing problems. what to do?

Inform all Society member this fact, and notify that you will ask Registrar to appoint ADMINISTRATOR, who will manage the society affairs.
He will conduct Election as per Procedure also, later on.
