Deletion/removal of 2nd name

Hi!
I am having residential property which i register in my name & my mother name as 2nd.
For sack of 2nd name i put her name.She never invested any money nor has any interest in it.
Now i wanted to remove her name as 2nd & want only my name. My mother can sign in all or any papers may be way of gift deed or any other deed which attract no or less stamp duty & legal way so my society does not have any objection to remove her name.

your mother will have to executegift deed in your favour . have document duly stamped and regsitered

I agree with Ld. Sethi, the property would once again need to be registered in your name.
