Regarding heir agricultural land

Dear Sir,

My Grandfather is the owner of Agricultural property.He has some problem with my father;Now he asks that he will sale the agri land without giving any share to my father.Is there any law for getting a share after sold of that agri land?or can we stop this sale of agriculture land by applying any legal stay?

If it is self acquired property of your grandfather , you father cannot claim anything. If it is ancestral he can ask his share.
