Name on rent reciept

sir, I would like to ask a query about name transfer in chawls, As I purchased a premises in 2009 and I have not transferred my name because landlord has changed, He is now ready to give rent receipt on my name, but he is expecting more money from me nearly 10-12 lacs, as we have purchased the said premises at 34 lacs. The rent receipt is presently in the name sellers party, So pls advise me the correct procedure. your reply would be highly appreciated.

You should make compromise at the appropriate stage otherwise it may create various problems for you.
