Can an indian citizen or an organisation, trust ,society or company can be denied their right to function or carry their basic business activities , if the individual is chargesheeted under any punishable offence ?
Does chargesheeted implies an individual guilty of an offence?

When a person is chargesheeted it merely means that the magistrate has, on sifting through the material on record, been able to find prima facie case against the accused. by which it means that he has found grounds reasonable enough to warrant a further inquiry into his guilt.

Even a guilty or convict cannot be stopped to carry on his business activities unless the business activity is unlawful or prohibited by law or banned under any enactment.
