My leave was granted by my company on momday and tuesday.

Then com cannot deduct sal for Sunday, complain higher up to director of company,
if nor solved take legal action.

Ok .sir i need to talk to director. from starting onwards only this HR Manager is creating a problem

Start correspondence in writing and create evidence on record, so that the HR Manager may spell out reason why he is not in favour of allowing salary for Sunday.
