we are living in avillage in the state of Jammu and Kashmir India from Last more than one hundred twenty years.At the same time Government of Jammu and Kashmir and government of India has admitted and accepted us as the residents of that village,our permanent resident certificate is also issued by the Government for the same village.By living in this village for such along period till this date, Have developed a right on the land meant for a graveyard or a mosque? where we stand as per law, can we claim any right? Thanks
